Description
The idea of this proposal for a talk at the next GPF 2025 meeting arises based on the results obtained in the survey carried out at the end of the GPF 2024, within the needs to talk about issues related to "REGULATIONS" arose and I offered to comment on those that are related in the Latin American region, where the organization I represent and I have more experience. The being made up of many countries with heterogeneous characteristics over more than 30 years of the Internet, the results have shaped in part the current Internet in each country.
